NDP 09 ROADSHOW

Held over 4 weeks all across the island, the NDP Roadshow brings National Day Celebrations 2009 into the heartlands and to the doorsteps of Singaporeans.  It serves as a platform to engage all Singaporeans in celebrating our sense of nationhood and identity. 

The Roadshow brings together a roving exhibition of the winning entries from the various NDP 09 public contests, and showcases submissions from ongoing new media efforts.  It aims to provide an opportunity for the public to see this country we call home through the eyes of our fellow Singaporeans.

It will also feature a series of interactive activities and contests, where Singaporeans can share their birthday wishes and reflections with the rest of Singapore, and get the chance to win NDP tickets.

As part of NDP 09’s social outreach efforts, Singaporeans will also have the opportunity to do their part for charity. With a simple $15 donation to Community Chest, donors get to receive a special edition NDP09 funpack at the Roadshow.

The NDP Roadshow will visit not just the Toa Payoh HDB Hub, but also:

Jurong Point from 25 – 26 July

Tampines Central from 1 – 2 August

Republic Polytechnic from 5 – 6 August

Marina Square from 8 – 9 August
