First time participating in NDP and is rly a memorable one. the training was tiring, but i think, it's worth it. sad that i ended so early. i wish to attend NDP again ! i wanna go for training, though is tiring.

My first NDP is such a memorable one!! It was a great journey shared with many friends! SSA Flaggers did an excellent job in NDP and it was a great victory for SSA youth!!! ICHINEN SA!!!!!!!

ndp08 was a blast! it has been a great journey from the beginning till the end. all the participants, from the marching contingents, performers, motivators, and even the behind the scenes ppl like the army personnels distributing our food, ensuring that our water container is always filled, bringing us from our holding area to the floating platform.. all of them put in effort to ensure ndp08 to be a smooth sailing one. too bad i wont still be in scdf when ndp09 comes but to all future participants.. we challenge u to go one better than us! one spirit singapore spirit!

all our hardwork and sweat, every saturday, all was worth it! for that one hour on platform, it was GREAT! i'm going to miss NDP 2008. i'm gonna wake up next saturday and ponder, what should i do? let all hold on to the ndp08 spirit & may we meet again someday.

Yesterday everyone had fun, went crazy and of course, spend the last few hours together. Yesterday was a fullstop to all the NDP rehearsals and stuffs. It's only the first days since 9 August and i'm beginning to miss the ppl i noe through NDP, lyk jade and shiphrah frm woodgrove, ariel, huiying, amanda, joey and tingyin frm coral, gabriel. brandon and anthony frm montfort, amelia, melissa, jewel,nichole and grace frm st marg and other friends i've made in NDP. It's not easy being in the Guard of Honour. Drill movements must be sharp and precise. Standing still without moving an inch. Fun is fun. Tough is tough. But it paid off when we all work as one. I'm proud to be in the G.O.H contingent!

Actually, i was quite mesmerized by the lightings, music and the recorded songs this year.. especially the lightings, i think is perfect and powerfully good.. it really looks like a mega muscial production with best-possible stage lightings.. CR3 (NE) show is coming.. watch out guys!

It is my 7th time joining NDP... 2nd time at the floating platform... It is an experience that will get you addicted to joining year after year after year... The feeling is so wonderful when on 9 Aug, you perform and stand at in front of the audience and when you stand together during the grand finale, saying our pledge & singing the national anthem, you can't help but feel proud to be a singaporean... It is the process that counts, not only the final product... At the end of it, you'll be so touched & overjoyed looking at the fireworks bursting in the sky you just wanna cry tears of joy... =) And thats how I felt every single year I joined... =)
