Chairman EXCO Visit to 2nd IMDR

Chairman EXCO visited the marching contingents at Nee Soon Camp on the 23rd of May 09. While the downpour in the afternoon interrupted part of the training, it certainly did not dampen the spirit of the marching contingent. This was evident from their fervour marching longer distances as a preparation for their city march past on 9 Aug. Chairman EXCO gave a pep talk at the end of the training to a rousing crowd who ended with a unique Parade and Ceremony cheer.

After the visit at Nee Soon Camp, Chairman EXCO visited Show participants at Kranji Camp. He was just in time to witness the participants for Chapter 4 doing a full sequence run. It was indeed heartening to see participants interacting enthusiastically with one another. From the raised platform on the 5-tonner, Chairman EXCO could see participants responding well to directions from the Show coordinator. Everything seems to be gelling nicely according to the script. There is no doubt Chairman EXCO will be looking forward to the next rehearsal to interact with more participants.
